In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Post total points to the comments section

ReplyDelete191 - probably would add on another 20 - 30 points w/ just a better transition between stations, lost about 10 - 15 seconds.

204 - I agree with Megan, I had slow transition between stations and I wimped out on the first round of box jumps...
ReplyDeleteYou guys did an awesome job. That was a tough one. Now that you've done it once you'll be more mentally prepared and prob won't lose as much time on the transitions next time. Also, don't forget to log your weight for the back squats.
